All your positive energy has been appreciated! We got approved for this house today and could close as early as May 8th!!!!And our landlord who can technically make us pay for rent through May 31 is prorating our rent!

that's nice that they're prorating your rent. our stupid landlords made us pay for june, but said we were not allowed on the premesis after may 31. they were AWFUL!!! how gay is that?
