I made this dress in black for our cruise and it seemed like it could be perfect for a pregnancy dress. So I made another out of a knit bed sheet I got at Goodwill. It's the most comfortable thing I own this pregnancy.

Fairs are so hit and miss. I distinctly remember being stuck at the L.A. County Fair last year with three kids by myself, wondering if I would die in the attempt to find my car in the parking lot. This year, though, it was awesome. (There was a monkey. Enough said.)
